Jessica Lima, OT Reg. (Ont.)
Jessica Lima is a registered Occupational Therapist. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University. She has been practicing occupational therapy since 2018 and is a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
While completing her Honours Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University, Jessica actively engaged in research across different labs. Her contributions included a publication in the Journal of Behavioral and Cognitive Psychotherapy, focusing on the utilization of virtual reality and progressive muscle relaxation in addressing storm fears.
Jessica has worked with a variety of populations as an occupational therapist, including those with acquired brain injury, traumatic injuries, chronic pain and mental health issues. She has experience working in acute care, outpatient, and community settings in both the public and private sectors, providing comprehensive functional and cognitive assessments and person-centered treatment to help her clients reach their goals.
Jessica embraces a holistic approach to care, understanding that every individual's journey is unique and shaped by diverse experiences, backgrounds, and needs. She believes that treatment should be tailored to the individual needs of each person, ensuring that her clients receive the most effective and comprehensive care possible. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys pilates, reading, traveling, and spending time in nature.

Tara Bassett, OT Reg. (Ont.)
Tara Bassett is a registered occupational therapist. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours Specialization in Psychology from Western University. She has been practicing occupational therapy since 2017 and is a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
Tara has worked with a variety of populations as an occupational therapist, including those with acquired brain injury, orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain and mental health issues. She has experience in acute care, rehabilitation, and community settings, providing comprehensive functional and cognitive assessments and person-centred treatment to help her clients reach their goals.
Tara believes in a holistic way of healing and has a passion for helping others improve their physical and mental well-being through building healthy, sustainable habits. While practicing as an occupational therapist, she has concurrently studied holistic nutrition and yoga, to enhance her capacity to support others. Tara is a certified nutritional practitioner who graduated from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition with honors in 2021. She is also a certified yoga teacher and is currently studying to become a yoga therapist.
Taking a holistic, individualized, and evidence-based approach to care, Tara strongly believes in the power of education, movement, and mindfulness to empower others to achieve optimal health. In her spare time, she enjoys making pottery, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time in nature.
